Sleek Solutions offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.
SECTION 5A - CUSTOM WORK, MATERIAL & LABOR DEPOSITS
Certain services we provide — including but not limited to vinyl wraps, aero installations, design work, and CNC routing — may require a non-refundable deposit prior to beginning any work.
Material Deposits: These cover the cost of vinyl, fabrication material, or other consumables, and cannot be refunded once the order is confirmed.
Labor Deposits: Once your appointment or job is scheduled, the time is blocked out for your service. Labor deposits are also non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Custom Orders: All custom or made-to-order parts are final sale and non-returnable. This includes any work based on specifications or dimensions provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and vehicle information. Sleek Solutions is not liable for refunds or remakes due to incorrect customer input unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
SECTION 21 - CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments for wraps, installations, or in-person services must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this window may result in the retention of your deposit to cover allocated materials or labor scheduling.
We handle exceptions case-by-case and encourage clients to reach out as early as possible with changes.
SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of West Virginia, United States.
